- All your crucial server data is copied automatically at a designated time every night onto our four fault tolerant servers, ensuring the complete security of your data.
- Being an entirely automatic procedure it cannot be forgotten and you can be assured that even in your absence a copy of your valuable data will be kept on our servers even if the worst happens and no one remembered to put a backup tape in your server!
- Copies of your data on DVD-ROM are available on request for archive purposes (e.g. period end accounts backups, annual archive copies) at nominal cost.
- Should you suffer a loss then we can quickly build you a new server, install your data and deliver to site with no problems of rebuilding complete/partial backups from tapes etc. Subscribers to our Security service will be fast-tracked through our system ensuring that you have absolute minimum down time and loss of business.
- Archived backups are kept at 'milestone' points as follows:
- The last 7 days
- The last 4 Sundays
- The last 12 month ends
Typical cost £59 / month for up to 32GB of archive storage
This package is installed & maintained on a suitable existing server or workstation (minimum 12 months contract applies).
