The initial call is completely free of charge. Based on the information you supply we will either supply a free fix over the phone or inform you where the likely fault lies and what steps need to be taken to resolve it. Any costs involved will be explained to you.
FAQ 3
But what if you can't provide a 'Free Fix'?
From the initial call we can either fix your computer there and then using our simple remote support tool or if necessary despatch an engineer to you, often the same day, or you can simply bring the faulty item to our Service Depot just 1 mile from J31 of the M62 in Normanton.

ARC Computers has been networking computers for over 25 years. In fact it's our speciality! FAQ 9
My computer is very slow and I'm having trouble with popups and internet access, what's wrong with it?
Most likely you have picked up a virus or some other piece of Malware. Try installing the trial version of latest Kaspersky antivirus, you could also try installing and scanning with SpyBot, both these are good programs. However as some Malware blocks security websites as part of it's 'self defence' and can be difficult to remove, or if you are afraid of losing any data on your hard disk you may prefer to bring it in and let one of our technicians ensure that ALL Malware is removed from your computer. Confidentiality of your data is assured and the job is a fixed price.
