I believe that timely support is critical for your IT systems. Every server that we support has 24/7 critical systems monitoring which alerts our technicians within 15 minutes of any critical systems failure triggering remedial action. Whilst our stated SLA is 4 hour response for mission critical items and 8 hours for non-critical issues in reality all support issues are assessed on the initial call by an engineer for immediate action and if necessary an engineer would be despatched at the earliest opportunity, often within the hour.
