24/7 Monitoring

As part of our server maintenance package we use an automated network monitoring system that checks up to 20 of your server's vital signs every 10 minutes and displays messages instantaneously on our engineers' screens should a problem be detected. This allows them to assess your server quickly and take appropriate action, sometimes before you even realised a service was down! Additionally it allows us to spot trends such as disk utilisation.

This high availability monitoring system is available free of charge to all our clients with server maintenance.
