Brief Outline
Once an engineer has qualified your request then you will be asked for a credit/debit card to pay the £69 flat fee. This fee purchases a fix for a single PC, multiple PC problems may be subject to an additional charge.
We expect you to have a credible up to date anti virus program installed, if you do not we will install at a cost of £29.95 inc. VAT the latest anti virus product from Kaspersky with one years update subscription, should you not accept this extra charge the No Fix No Fee guarantee will not apply. If we are unable to fix your PC we will refund the flat rate fee in full.
